Aperitif in an outdoor fish market

A corner of the sea in the city. The fish market of the Covered market also welcomes you outside, to enjoy a unique aperitif in the open air. An appointment with the chef’s mixed fried fish served in a practical cone and accompanied by a glass of fresh bubbles. The alternative aperitif in the beautiful setting of the center of Ravenna.

The aperitif includes:
•    Fried Fish cone of paranza, whose name derives from the wooden boat commonly used for trawling, with fresh fish of the Adriatic including anchovies, sardines and barbed piers, coming from our Fish Market and prepared by the chef
•    A glass of Pignoletto wine, Terre Forti

The experience will be accompanied by a guided tour of the Covered Market by the staff, to discover the history, architecture, furnishings and philosophy of the place.
