Cheese tasting

In this tasting, we will lead you to the discovery of the flavors and aromas of the cheese factory of Romagna, combining cheeses from various characteristics to local wines and jams.

The tasting includes:
•    Squacquerone DOP, very fresh cheese with a milky white colour and a sweet and delicate taste
•    "Buciatello", the soft caciotta of Brisighella
•    "Tired" of Brisighella, a raw milk cheese produced with high quality fresh milk from Emilia-Romagna
•    Brisighella goat cheese with raw milk, an aged cheese
•    Pecorino di Brisighella with seasoned raw milk, produced with fresh sheep’s milk
•    A glass of Sangiovese di Romagna Superiore DOC "Marnoso" wine - Villa Otto Lune
•    Mix of homemade jams
•    Basket of home-made breads

The experience will be accompanied by a guided tour of the Covered Market by the staff, to discover the history, architecture, furnishings and philosophy of the place.
