In this beautiful setting and accompanied by traditional Romagna music in the background, our azdora (the queen grandmother, expert of cuisine in Romagna) will teach you how to prepare the traditional piadina romagnola. At the end, you can enjoy a nice lunch with your piadinas accompanied by local meats and cheeses and traditional desserts. All accompanied by a tasting of the 4 wines produced by the company.
