The Cappelletto, King of the table in Romagna

Would you like to learn how to roll the pastry to prepare yourself a fantastic dish of homemade pasta?

This is the cooking class for you! The “sfogline” of the Covered Market, bearers of rolling pin and wisdom, will teach you how to prepare the real Cappelletto Romagnolo.

Participants will be provided with a kit with all the tools of the trade (cutting board, rolling pin, wheel to cut the dough), flour Molino Spadoni Gran Miller, eggs, water and everything you need to pull the dough. The dough will be prepared previously and provided to the participants by the booklet itself, which on the moment will explain and show in his station, step by step, the mode of preparation.

The sfogline will also teach all participants to prepare the filling with traditional ingredients and will reveal all their secrets and the technique used to close the cappelletti "in the manner of Romagna". At the end of the workshop, participants can bring with them the freshly prepared pasta.

The experience will be accompanied by a guided tour of the Covered Market by the staff, to discover the history, architecture, furnishings and philosophy of the place.
